Yeah its the zoomed browser thing I described in the description. Already fixed but I'm not allowed to update. Bono issue. If you zoom your browser to 100% (normal), it will work again.

It only took 8 years but I finally figured out why the mouse aim is way off when zoomed in/out on the browser. Had to do with my internal viewport settings and how some of it doesn't work on HTML5. Now if only there was an update button...
